About the Role
The clinical aide works under the supervision of the Program Director/Designee in assisting residents to become accustomed to the residence routine and encourages them to participate in social and recreational activities to promote recovery. The clinical aide will be trained in medication self-administration.

- Documents Resident Progress
- Facilitates Personal Growth and Sobriety
- Collaborates with Case Management
- Engages with Fellowship Groups
- Manages Shopping
- Ensures Quality of Services
- Trains New Residence Aides
- Conducts Resident Admissions
- Prepares Resident Meals
- Maintains Driving Requirements
- Supervises and Documents Urine Drug Screens (UDS)
- Medical office organization
- Performs Additional Duties as Assigned
Requirements
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have experience working with medications.
- Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
Skills
- Experience training in working effectively with chemically dependent individuals.
