About the Role
As a Technology & Courier Associate, you will diagnose hardware and software issues, process work orders, repair devices, and ensure quality service. This hybrid role involves in-shop repair and safe transport of client devices, requiring direct client interaction and a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops, desktops, and related equipment
- Repair or replace defective components (screens, system boards, housings, etc.)
- Resolve software-related issues (OS errors, application conflicts, etc.)
- Accurately document all repair activity, including replaced parts
- Follow warranty guidelines and compliance procedures
- Conduct final testing and quality control before returning devices
- Ensure safe, prompt pick-up and delivery of client devices
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with school staff and clients
- Handle devices with care during loading, unloading, and transit
- Represent Cell Tech Inc. in a professional and positive manner during client interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Experience in repairing PC & Laptop
- Legal right to work in the US
- Clean driving record
- No DUI convictions within the past four year
- No more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three years
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
