About the Role

Lead the growth agenda across the Bakery Snacks, Bun & Roll and International portfolios, identifying opportunities that drive commercial performance. Develop insight-led strategies and recommendations that deliver growth for both Tip Top and our retail partners. Translate shopper, retailer and market data into compelling commercial stories that influence decisions and drive action. Lead customer range reviews, building persuasive recommendations that optimise ranging, distribution and performance. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Insights teams to deliver growth initiatives, innovation launches and joint business objectives. Utilise Circana, Quantium and retailer data to uncover trends, evaluate performance and identify future opportunities. Support innovation and new product launches through forecasting, sizing and commercial evaluation. Build trusted relationships with retailer stakeholders and establish yourself as the go-to expert across your portfolios. Monitor market, shopper and competitor activity to proactively identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG Category Management, Insights or Category Analytics
  • A track record of translating data and shopper insights into commercial recommendations and outcomes
  • Confidence leading category reviews, presenting recommendations and influencing decision makers
  • Strong analytical capability coupled with the ability to tell a compelling commercial story
  • The ability to operate as the category expert, identifying opportunities and driving action across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with retailer, shopper and market data such as Circana, Quantium or similar platforms
  • A naturally curious mindset with a passion for understanding shopper behaviour and category performance
