About the Role

The Supervisor, Marketing Planning & Operations supports the planning, coordination, execution, and optimization of national marketing campaigns. This role helps ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with business objectives, while working closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of national marketing calendar, ensuring key deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader company goals.
  • Manage marketing projects from initiation through completion, tracking timelines, budgets, milestones, and dependencies to support successful delivery.
  • Liaise with agency partners to ensure project deliverables are clear, on brand, and completed according to agreed timelines and expectations.
  • Partner with internal teams including creative, digital, operations, analytics, and other business partners to coordinate campaign activities and ensure alignment across workstreams.
  • Support ongoing liaison with Owner Operators, including coordinating meeting agendas, preparing materials, capturing follow-ups, and developing clear communications that help align stakeholders on marketing plans, priorities, and key decisions.
  • Help optimize marketing investments by supporting budget tracking, spend analysis, and oversight of agency scopes of work, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and aligned with campaign objectives, business priorities, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in supporting or managing marketing campaigns, projects, or integrated programs, preferably in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Experience developing leadership-ready presentations, and project updates that support effective decision-making.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and/or cross-functional partners is an asset.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com) and with Microsoft Office tools; experience with project management, reporting, or marketing operations tools is an asset.
