About the Role
Gen II is developing a comprehensive suite of data solutions for institutional investors and fund managers. We are seeking a Client Success Manager, Data Solutions to ensure active client engagement, communicate client feedback internally, and advise on data and platform enhancements. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring client comfort with the data and platform, and recommending best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, value add, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to drive continued value of products and services.
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data.
- Advise internally on data and platform best practices.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all client interactions with detailed meeting notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- 5 to 7 years experience in the fintech software industry.
- Experience working on a SaaS solution, specifically private equity reporting portals.
- Private Equity knowledge required.
- Experience with implementing large data sets on Saas solutions, familiarity with extracting data.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies in process and identify problems while proposing solutions.
- Ability to identify product gaps, communicate client needs, and work with the product team, testing as needed.
- Technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Ability to learn on-the-job quickly and apply learning to recommend solutions.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong project management skills.
- Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Extensive Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exposure to Claude AI project creations.
