About the Role
As a Year Out Project Manager, you will join the first year of the G&T Accelerate Programme. This programme combines real responsibility, expert mentoring, and accredited training to help you prepare for Chartered membership of RICS. You will work towards becoming a professional with expert knowledge of leading and managing a project team. The role will be varied, with experience gained dependent on the team and sector you are working in. You will assist your line manager with daily tasks, working with a degree of autonomy while knowing when to seek guidance. You will build a solid knowledge base of your role, the firm, and the industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in preparing project schedules and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Attend site meetings, including design team meetings and contractor progress meetings.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers for efficient project delivery.
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and contribute to client-focused solutions.
- Take minutes and record key actions during project meetings.
- Support the preparation of performance reports, ranking reports, and weekly progress updates.
- Assist with the collection, development, and analysis of project data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of action plans for time, resource, and process management.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support the achievement of project objectives.
- Liaise with project leads and other Project Managers to maintain project programmes and effectiveness.
- Review project progress and gather data related to project delivery and execution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and project leads throughout and following project execution.

- Must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of employment.
