About the Role

In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service, perform venipuncture, collect/prepare non-blood specimens, ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, and champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
