About the Role
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to handle service work and site maintenance for national accounts. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Services products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnoses and repairs units using hand tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications.
- Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications.
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts and gathering materials.
- Inspects and maintains company vehicles, including record-keeping for service and repairs.
Requirements
- Must have experience servicing products and equipment.
- Must be able to use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Must be able to identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products.
- Must be able to perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications.
- Must be able to prepare for on-site installation and repairs.
- Must be able to inspect and maintain vehicles.
