About the Role

Inspira Education Group is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to join their expanding revenue operations team. This role is crucial for scaling and strengthening existing systems and processes, partnering closely with revenue operations leadership and collaborating with marketing, sales, and student success teams to drive global growth and efficiency. The position involves hands-on work with HubSpot to enable DTC sales motions, reporting, and daily execution, translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence and rigor.
  • Define, develop, and implement scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems and processes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand operational needs and improve existing workflows.
  • Educate teams about process changes and system updates, managing change effectively.
  • Assist in finding simple and scalable process solutions for daily challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy within HubSpot CRM.
  • Lead all attribution infrastructure, including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Integrate platforms such as GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.
  • Integrate third-party tools (e.g., webinar tools, outgrow) with GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.
  • Write and maintain documentation for operational processes.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for quick decision-making.
  • Drive process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in a startup environment and ability to work within a scaling team (ideally <50 employees).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines.
  • Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM, with robust experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and identify optimal solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate issues.
  • Commitment to drive actionable outcomes and results.
  • Ability to balance a focus on measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers, and the business.
  • Flexible team player with a proactive approach.
  • High energy, humility, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and 'roll up their sleeves'.
