About the Role

As part of Resmed’s Provider Diagnostics User Experience team in Sydney, you’ll help shape how providers and operational teams move patients from testing to diagnosis to treatment with clarity and confidence. As a designer in this team, you’ll grow toward full ownership of feature-level design work while applying sound UX judgment and a human-centered approach in every step.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine scope, clarify tradeoffs, and design for scalability
  • Use and contribute to design systems and reusable patterns for consistent provider experiences
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards across all design outputs
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, prototyping, and synthesis, maintaining strong UX fundamentals and human review

Requirements

  • 3+ years in UX, product, or interaction design, with a portfolio showing thoughtful process and growing autonomy
  • Degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, HCI, UI, Graphic or Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale clearly
  • Working knowledge of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices
  • Practical fluency in tools such as Figma, Claude Design, ChatGPT, GitHub, Copilot, or Visual Studio Code
  • Experience designing for regulated industries or healthcare environments
  • Exposure to user research, testing, or synthesis of feedback
  • Familiarity with Agile product development practices
