About the Role
The e+k AG is an interdisciplinary, highly qualified team of engineers, commercial employees, project developers, and specialists. From active research to the creation of building rights, from the development of individual user concepts to property sales: we work daily to develop and sustainably maintain real estate values. We are optimally networked and work trustingly with a network of selected local partners. Since August 2021, we have been an accredited training company and have already had six trainees.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of residential, commercial, and special properties
- Support in planning, modernization, and renovation of real estate projects
- Learning and application of modern IT systems in the real estate industry (e.g., DMS, ERP, and administration software)
- Participation in accounting, for example, in the preparation and review of statements
- Basic training in the training company
- Organization, information, and communication
- Commercial control and monitoring
- Market orientation
- Real estate management (including condominium ownership)
- Acquisition, sale, and brokerage of real estate
- Support of construction projects (including financing)
- Specialization in 2 elective subjects in the 3rd year of training: Control and monitoring of the company, building management, brokerage business, construction project management, condominium management
Requirements
- Commercial thinking oriented towards economic success, e.g., for calculating offers, preparing financing options, and creating profitability calculations
- Ability to plan and organize, e.g., for managing construction, renovation, and modernization projects as well as administration and management of properties for the owner
- Good mathematical skills and a good memory for numbers, e.g., for business accounting
- Enjoyment of contact with people, e.g., with customers, architects, and authority employees
- Interest in legal matters, e.g., in the drafting of purchase, lease, and rental agreements
- Accurate, careful way of working (observing legal provisions; carrying out profitability calculations considering various aspects)
- Reliability, e.g., in the timely preparation of documents for authorities and for appointments with customers
- Interest in economics and business studies, e.g., for predicting influences on real estate prices
- Good language and text comprehension, confidence in spelling, and good oral and written expression skills (conducting phone calls and personal conversations, writing reports and business letters)
