About the Role
This role supports the Consumer Lending Business Unit through proactive operational oversight, operational change development and deployment, and continual process improvement. Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic guidance to develop and analyze procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities
- Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals and provides interventions as needed to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment.
- Leads and ensures teams adhere to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years Change Management Experience
- Medium to Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Medium to Advanced Power Point Proficiency
- Advanced Communication Proficiency
