About the Role
As a product manager for the Canton Network, you will co-own the end-to-end lifecycle of the DA Registry, a tokenization engine. You will define business models, commercial strategies, and operational excellence, engaging with financial institutions and ecosystem partners to translate pain points into scalable solutions. Your role will bridge product development and commercial success, ensuring sustainable value for clients and the network.
Responsibilities
- Discover, deliver, and operate the product strategy for DA Registry, aligning with Financial Apps unit goals and ensuring commercial viability through defined business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap in consultation with unit leadership and peers, prioritizing features that drive adoption among institutional partners and ecosystem developers.
- Handle the end-to-end release of products and features in coordination with engineering colleagues and stakeholders, from initial concept to post-release operations.
- Conduct rapid experimentation to validate value and feasibility before full-scale development, mitigating risk and ensuring market needs are met.
- Actively capture and channel market/user insights back into product development for ongoing adaptation.
- Create and maintain reporting on Key Value Indicators (KVIs) for the product, tracking success metrics for volume, adoption, and revenue to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Create and keep up-to-date all internal and external product-related documentation, ensuring alignment among sales, marketing, and support teams on product capabilities and value proposition.
Requirements
- 8+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience in financial services, with a proven track record of shipping successful tokenization products.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from product discovery (0 to 1) to delivery and scaling operations (1 to N).
- Hands-on product development experience, including working in cross-functional teams with engineers without reliance on engineering proxies.
- Understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology and familiarity with popular layer 1/2 ecosystems.
- Demonstrable understanding of how apps on the Canton Network are built and operated.
- Comfortable discussing business models, pricing strategies, and tokenomics.
- Experience building products for institutional clients, understanding regulatory constraints and compliance needs across jurisdictions.
- Ability to confidently discuss application architecture, smart contract logic, and settlement workflows with engineers.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are beneficial.
- Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from the New York office.
