About the Role
DC Advisory is seeking an experienced Technology Vice President (VP) to join their fast-growing team. The VP will play a critical role in client engagements, team development, and career advancement, making a positive impact on client transactions. The firm partners with employees to foster personal and professional growth through transparent feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day transaction execution across all mandate types.
- Lead deal assignments including pitch and marketing materials, banker due diligence, client marketing materials development, industry research, financial modeling, and client meetings.
- Liaise with clients and prospective clients during transactions and business development.
- Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions with various leadership positions.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and training to junior investment bankers.
- Oversee the creation of financial models and analyses with minimal direction.
- Serve as a role model to junior bankers by identifying training opportunities and monitoring work quality.
- Participate in junior banker talent management programs, including hiring, selection, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience.
- SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 required.
Skills
- Proficiency in managing investment banking transaction processes.
- Appropriate judgment.
