Facilitate all aspects of the lease renewal process, including generating and reviewing Lease Expiration Reports, preparing renewal documentation, and coordinating renewal communication with residents.

- Assist in transitioning lease renewal processes to the Yardi software platform.
- Provide professional, courteous service that enhances resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a legal or administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Minimum of two years of experience handling lease renewals for rent-stabilized and rent-controlled apartments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Yardi.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
