About the Role
Remi Health is building the infrastructure for modern diagnostics in Europe, enabling health insurance companies, service providers, and health solutions to seamlessly embed diagnostics into existing patient journeys with a single integration. Our platform handles test kits, shipping, logistics, lab processing, and results delivery, simplifying complex and fragmented processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the supplier and partner network for test kits, logistics operations, and lab integrations.
- Ensure reliable operations as volume and countries increase.
- Design the supply chain backbone for integrating multiple labs and expanding into DACH and beyond.
- Establish a measurable, repeatable, and scalable system for supply chain operations.
- Build and manage the supplier and partner network for packaging, kitting, sample materials, and shipping providers, including selection, negotiation, terms, SLAs, and performance tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end operational supply chain (Procurement → Inventory → Fulfillment → Partner-Delivery), preventing stockouts, meeting delivery times, and ensuring quality.
- Set up ERP and tooling (item master, BOMs, inventory, workflows), define standards, and ensure data, roles, and processes are clean.
- Manage SKU logic, inventory, and kitting of kits in industrial volumes, coordinating with third-party partners.
- Develop an operating model for rapid integration of new countries, labs, and partners, including templates, SOPs, onboarding, and quality checks.
- Drive transparency in COGS, logistics, and material costs, defining KPIs and understanding cost stack logic and margin levers.
- Ensure processes are documented and operationally adhered to in the healthcare and diagnostics context.
- Collaborate closely with Product/Engineering, Partner Success, Finance, and external partners.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Vendor Management / Operations (Scale-up, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, or Diagnostics).
- Proven experience in actively building processes, understanding SKU logic, and managing operations.
- Experience setting up and operating ERP systems independently (e.g., WeClapp, Odoo, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in independent supplier negotiations regarding prices, terms, and SLAs.
- Strong ability in structuring and prioritizing, creating clear processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Ownership mentality and accountability for processes.
- Adaptability to startup environments, understanding the need for foundational work before optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (internal/external).
- Willingness to travel regularly to partners in DACH.
