About the Role
Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time temporary Medical Scribe for their OB/GYN team. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, working closely with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe patient appointments and document patient visits.
- Collaborate directly with the OB/GYN provider to support patient care and clinical workflow.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, referrals, prescriptions, and patient paperwork.
- Review lab results and return patient calls as directed.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient charts and EMR documentation.
- Provide clinical and administrative support to the provider.
- Participate in daily huddles and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Medical Scribe experience preferred.
- Medical office or OB/GYN experience preferred.
- Strong computer and EMR skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
