About the Role
This position plays a key role in strengthening the company's brand presence, driving customer engagement, and delivering exceptional event experiences that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
- Coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional assets.
- Manage social media content calendars and support content creation efforts.
- Coordinate website updates and ensure marketing content remains current and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and outcomes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and promotional materials.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-sponsored events, trade shows, conferences, customer appreciation events, and internal meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, catering, signage, and audiovisual requirements.
- Develop event timelines, prospectus and project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
- Coordinate on-site event activities and serve as a primary point of contact during events.
- Track event effectiveness and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing and event activities with organizational objectives.
- Organize and manage marketing assets, event materials, and promotional inventory.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Support additional marketing, communications, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related role.
- Experience planning corporate events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed for events and trade shows.
- Ability to lift and transport event materials up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during event setup and execution.
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with social media management platforms and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
