About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide technical and administrative support to the Technology Engineering & Infrastructure Executive Leadership Team and the broader Technology department. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, ensure accuracy, and be a self-paced problem solver seeking innovative ways to conduct business and serve clients.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy calendar management and collaboration with other Assistants.
  • Lead meeting coordination and logistics planning for time-sensitive meetings.
  • Maintain structure and schedule of prep/debrief meetings for senior leadership meetings and committees.
  • Comprehensive travel management, including maintaining a travel log, schedule, and analysis.
  • Manage expense report and invoice review and approval.
  • Coordinate internal and external client meetings, including meals and in-office logistics.
  • Support communications and engagement activities within the Technology Engineering & Infrastructure Team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative/professional office experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document management, and creation combining documents from MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new software packages quickly and become proficient.
