About the Role
Oscar Stone is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to help customers celebrate special moments by finding the perfect jewelry. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced jewelry environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Help customers find the perfect jewelry piece based on their style, needs, and budget.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Learn about our jewelry, watches, diamonds, and other products.
- Present and explain merchandise confidently.
- Follow up with customers and help turn conversations into sales.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor.
- Work closely with your store team to reach sales goals.
- Stay up to date on promotions, new merchandise, and company expectations.
- Assist with other store responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required.
