About the Role
Travis Hyde Properties seeks a dynamic and organized Marketing & Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing initiatives and assist prospective residents, supporting brand visibility and occupancy goals for residential and commercial properties. This hybrid role is ideal for creative individuals passionate about customer service and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including virtual tours and lifestyle content.
- Perform Matterport scans and basic video/photo editing for property listings and campaigns.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website.
- Coordinate apartment staging and support branding efforts across properties.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Plan and support tenant and community events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing materials and campaigns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed leasing information to potential tenants.
- Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, including application intake and follow-up.
- Maintain current knowledge of property availability and rental rates.
- Help ensure all listings are up to date and accurately reflect available units.
- Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.
- Support resident relations and assist with retention efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in marketing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
- Close attention to detail.
Skills
- Proficiency in analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong sales skills to promote products or services effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premier, Canva, Photoshop and Square Space.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
