About the Role
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking Tellers to join their team. This role involves direct member interaction and processing various financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests professionally and courteously.
- Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Provide members with account status information, including current balance and loan payoffs.
- Process bank checks and money orders.
- Redeem savings bonds and process mortgage, loan, and Visa payments.
- Cross-sell Credit Union products.
