About the Role

Eurofins PSS is seeking a Senior Analytical Site Manager to oversee GMP testing for a pharmaceutical client, focusing on investigating samples, identifying deviations, and preparing batches for release. This role involves guiding leaders and analysts, supporting new site setup, hiring, and training.

Responsibilities

Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in a client environment.
Organize technical resources and staff to accomplish client goals within given deadlines.
Meet all quality and productivity metrics, and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration.
Conduct monthly meetings with direct reports, the Eurofins department, and client managers.
Disseminate administrative communications.
Assist Director with business operations as needed.
Stay current with science and technology and consult knowledgeably with clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other science-related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience.
Scientific background, specifically within analytical chemistry, and 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
A good understanding of day-to-day business operations.
Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
