About the Role
We are building a strategy team to tackle complex business questions and drive actionable decisions. The role involves framing problems, conducting research, building quantitative analyses, and seeing decisions through to implementation. Projects range from scaling operations to strategic planning and data generation.
Responsibilities
- Scope problems and conduct primary research with customers and experts.
- Build quantitative analyses to support decision-making.
- Formulate conclusions and ensure decisions are implemented.
- Address challenges such as scaling lab capacity, build vs. buy decisions for compute, and planning data generation efforts.
Requirements
- Structured, quantitative thinker with good instincts.
- Ability to produce conclusions and influence decision-making across teams.
- Comfortable making justified assumptions with incomplete information and revisiting them.
- Skilled in extracting signal from data and connecting disparate information.
- Experience in management consulting, venture/growth investing, or quantitative research.
- Experience in strategy or special projects at a high-growth technology company is a plus.
- Ability to learn technical domains quickly.
