About the Role
Ode is Anthropic's services venture, focused on bringing frontier AI into practice by tackling complex AI problems for companies. This role is crucial for managing the operational heartbeat of recruiting, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and continuously improving recruiting systems, with a focus on leveraging AI to create an AI-native operation.
Responsibilities
- Own the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
- Run world-class interview operations by coordinating complex interview schedules.
- Create memorable onsite experiences for candidates.
- Build scalable recruiting systems by identifying bottlenecks and improving workflows.
- Leverage AI to improve recruiting processes, eliminate repetitive work, and streamline coordination.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes by identifying areas for automation and enhancement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or executive operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars.
- A systems mindset focused on improving processes.
- Curiosity about AI and excitement to use it to redesign recruiting.
- Experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus.
