- Establish HR metrics and reporting that give leadership visibility into workforce trends, cost, turnover, and compliance risk company-wide.
- Lead HR due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, including benefits harmonization, compensation alignment, HRIS/payroll consolidation, and cultural integration of acquired teams.
- Partner with Accounting and legal counsel to build a repeatable HR integration playbook.
- Own post-close employee communications, retention strategy, and Day 1 readiness for newly acquired locations.
- Own enterprise-wide employment law compliance across all operating states, partnering with outside counsel as the company enters new states.

- Ensure HR practices support the company's licensed-trade workforce.
- Build scalable recruiting capability across both field roles and corporate/leadership positions.
- Partner with the SVP of People Development and operating leaders on workforce planning to support branch growth and new-market entry.
- Own employer brand and candidate experience, including oversight of the applicant tracking system.
- Work with the executive team on philosophy and structure for total rewards, including market benchmarking, pay equity, and incentive design.
- Work with the executive team on benefits strategy, including plan design, broker and vendor management, and self-funded plan administration.
- Ensure total rewards remain competitive and cost-effective as the company scales.
- Own HRIS/payroll strategy and drive process standardization and automation.
- Deliver people analytics that inform executive decision-making on headcount, turnover, cost per hire, and compliance exposure.
- Build performance management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
- Steward company culture through rapid growth and multiple business combinations.
- Build, mentor, and lead the HR team, including the HR Director and HR administrative staff.
