About the Role

Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for healthcare clients. Contributes to new business development and client relationship strengthening. May support new offering development.

Responsibilities

Manages project teams, including internal and external resources, in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions.
Leads teams to analyze client requirements and develop profitable proposals.
Manages proposal preparation and bid integrity.
Develops project plans with timelines and deliverables, leading projects to successful completion.
Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
Serves as a key point of contact with clients.
Provides high-level input for client reports and presentations and delivers findings to clients.
Develops new business opportunities by identifying follow-on work and new leads.
Ensures client satisfaction through follow-up after project completion.
Enhances subject matter expertise through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Mentors and coaches others to elevate capabilities and deliver world-class solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
8-12 years of related experience, including consulting and healthcare industry experience.
Demonstrates excellent project management skills.
Demonstrates client influencing and relationship building skills.
In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.
Works willingly and effectively with others across the organization.
Experienced in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the healthcare industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the healthcare industry.
Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
Has established network and referral contacts.
Possesses subject matter expertise and project management skills to manage projects across multiple CoEs.
