About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, leveraging expertise in home lending products and adhering to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and significant business impact.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the branch team through product and service training.
Partner with bankers, meet with their customers, and introduce new clients for additional products and services.
Collaborate with the team to create outstanding customer experiences using various marketing efforts.
Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Act as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining strong customer relationships.
Provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Must meet Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
Must register under the SAFE Act of 2008 via the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
