About the Role

As a Full Time Analyst in the 2028 Corporate & Investment Bank - Markets Program – Trading, you will build your technical skills through extensive training, including instruction in statistics, economics, credit analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. You will gain hands-on experience across various asset classes like equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, and emerging markets. Expert instructors and JP Morgan professionals will teach you about our history, the scale of our organization, and our future plans. This role offers a unique insight into global markets, providing liquidity to clients in all major asset classes and focusing on fast execution, market share, and e-trading platforms. A trader's role involves responding to client inquiries, managing risk, and reacting to market-moving events in a detail-focused, intellectually stimulating environment that requires logical and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities

Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work.
Monitor markets.
Develop trade ideas.
Conduct portfolio reviews.
Learn about offered solutions and products for clients to manage market conditions.
Contribute value to the team from the start.

Requirements

A strong interest in global financial markets is essential.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Japanese fluency is required.
Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background and an expected graduation from April 2027 through March 2028.
Available to start full-time employment from April 2028.
