About the Role

As a Full Time Analyst in the 2028 Corporate & Investment Bank - Markets Program – Research, you will build technical skills through extensive training in statistics, economics, credit analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. You will learn about various asset classes including equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, and emerging markets. Expert instructors and JP Morgan professionals will teach you about the company's history, scale, and future plans, equipping you with technical and practical skills to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior colleagues with important research, analysis, and preparatory work.
  • Monitor markets.
  • Develop trade ideas.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews.
  • Learn about the solutions and products offered for clients to manage market conditions.
  • Work and contribute value to the team from the start.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native level Japanese fluency is required.
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background.
  • Expected graduation between April 2027 and March 2028.
  • Available to start full-time employment from April 2028.
  • Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may apply.
  • A portion of the interview process may be conducted in person in our Tokyo office.
