About the Role

The Corporate Analyst Development Program offers a two-year rotational experience designed to provide insight into how businesses operate and serve clients globally. Participants will gain hands-on training and complete three eight-month rotations across core disciplines and the Operations team, sharpening technical, analytical, and leadership skills. Upon completion, assistance will be provided to identify the next role within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and identify connections between business opportunities/challenges and underlying data.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to communicate business needs and guide project direction.
  • Identify potential improvement opportunities by assessing risks, costs, and benefits of alternative decisions.
  • Engage business stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background and expected graduation between April 2027 and March 2028.
  • Available for full-time employment starting April 2028.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in changing environments.
  • Japanese fluency is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm for financial services.
  • Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization.
  • Must hold necessary work authorization for the hiring location; visa support will not be provided.
  • Relocation assistance will not be provided.
