About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to learn about global financial markets and work within a collaborative team structure. You will research and identify opportunities for clients, assist with complex financial transactions in a fast-paced environment, and develop sophisticated financial solutions to help clients manage risk and increase returns.
Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work.
- Monitor markets.
- Develop trade ideas.
- Conduct portfolio reviews.
- Learn about offered solutions and products for clients to manage market conditions.
- Work and contribute value to the team from the start.
Requirements
- A strong interest in global financial markets is essential.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Japanese fluency is required.
- Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background and an expected graduation of April 2027 through March 2028.
- Available to start full-time employment from April 2028.
- Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may apply.
- A portion of the interview process may be conducted in person in our Tokyo office.
