About the Role

The Full Time Analyst in the 2028 Asset Management Client Program will partner with senior business leaders to develop investment strategies supporting client needs across various asset classes. This two-year rotational program includes in-depth training on business strategy, structure, technical skills, finance, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to support client needs by working with relationship management teams.
  • Distribute investment solutions for institutions and financial intermediaries.
  • Rotate through multiple areas within Asset Management Client Groups, including sales support, marketing, business management, strategy, or training.
  • Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals.
  • Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Assist in strategic planning to help clients meet investment objectives.
  • Oversee institutional investor relationships, serving as the first point of contact for institutions accessing products and services.
  • Collaborate with professionals to construct and implement marketing tactics.
  • Create and deliver content.
  • Research and analyze products and execute business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and macro-level economics.
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Japanese fluency is required.
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background.
  • Expected graduation between April 2027 through March 2028.
  • Available to start full-time employment from April 2028.
  • A portion of the interview process may be conducted in person in our Tokyo office.
