About the Role
As an intern in Sustainability Account Management, you will actively support our clients in implementing sustainability projects. Your work will significantly contribute to the successful implementation of data-driven and scalable solutions for corporate ESG management.
Responsibilities
- Support client projects through data preparation, integration, plausibility checks, and quality assurance of sustainability analysis results.
- Prepare and create internal and external materials such as knowledge documents, blog articles, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and develop Service Level 1 and 2 (knowledge base, chatbot support) to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Contribute to the further development of our software, particularly in AI-powered data analysis and result validation.
- Support the optimization of internal processes and actively participate in strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental/Sustainability Management, or a comparable field, with a mandatory internship requirement.
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Technical affinity and interest in digital tools.
- Ideally, previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a comparable service-oriented role.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability topics and a basic understanding of sustainability standards and reporting frameworks (desirable).
- Very good German language skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.
