About the Role
Own how Naked Wolfe looks, reads and sells online, managing every upload, page, and back-end detail with a keen eye for accuracy and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain all products on Shopify, including images, copy, sizing, pricing, tags, collections, and SEO fields.
- Merchandise the website, managing the homepage, collection sorting, landing pages, and launch set-ups.
- Execute launch go-lives and manage price or promotion changes accurately and on time.
- Ensure product data accuracy across Shopify, the product master, and any marketplaces.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on the site for broken links, missing images, out-of-stock sizes, and pricing errors.
- Liaise with external ecommerce partners (agencies, developers, app providers) to address and resolve issues.
- Report weekly on product and page performance, including sell-through, conversion, top sellers, and search terms.
- Utilize stock and sales data to promote best-sellers and sizes with depth, and manage slow-moving stock.
- Test and optimize site search, filters, and on-site recommendations.
- Run Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and flows.
- Highlight best-selling styles and activate repeat production orders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or ecommerce trading, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar platform, including comfort with bulk uploads and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
- A genuine interest in fashion merchandising and online customer shopping behavior.
- Clear and confident communication skills for liaising with partners to resolve issues.
