About the Role
This role within Mondelēz International Digital Services will focus on HR Project Support, providing HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects, and collaborating with the broader People Team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Functional UK&I BU People lead, wider people lead team & People experience BU lead to plan, prepare for and execute medium and large -scale HR transformation projects
- Coordination of collective consultation process
- Manage comms efforts including meeting admin and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
- Provide ER support and guidance to PL and managers on complex issues
- Proactive "issue identification/escalation point of contact"
- Work closely with advisors from different HR workstreams to drive E2E project execution
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience
- Deliver people practices in line with all local legal/regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- People Processes and HR Systems including Workday, Service Now
- Participation as a support or lead for small or medium HR projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Coaching, motivating, and guiding/coaching others - including managers and leaders
- Experience working with HR Transformations within the UK&I market
- Knowledge of UK&I country specific People Policies and Procedures including Employee Relations
