About the Role

We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our New York office. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for our US customers, owning the post-sale journey from onboarding and deployment through long-term adoption and growth. You will collaborate with customers, our go-to-market team, and our R&D and Security Research teams in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale technical relationship end-to-end, serving as the customer's primary technical point of contact.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation, including integrations with security tools, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans, timelines, and clear success criteria.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices for configuration, policy setup, and platform utilization.
  • Drive ongoing adoption and account health by identifying opportunities for expanded usage.
  • Run regular technical business reviews with customer security leaders to demonstrate value, surface risks, and align on roadmaps.
  • Serve as the customer's voice to R&D and Security Research teams, troubleshooting and escalating technical issues while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
  • Build and maintain documentation, runbooks, and reusable assets.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and R&D to support renewals and expansion, share customer feedback, and flag risks.
  • Track and report on time-to-value, adoption, and account health metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer).
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of core security concepts (web application security, cloud security, AI/LLM security).
  • Hands-on experience with technical implementation: APIs, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Comfortable reading logs, working with APIs and webhooks, and holding in-depth technical conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable working with a global team across time zones.
  • Strong project and account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-first mindset balancing technical depth with business context.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-transparency startup environment.
  • Based in or able to commute to New York City.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
