About the Role
We are looking for a Venture Development Intern to join our team for up to 6 months. You will question the status quo and convince with your analytical skills and hands-on mentality to redefine the used car market for private customers through a superior supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Design and expand the infrastructure for one of our in-house production sites in Germany for our retail brand Autohero to generate further production capacities.
- Analyze all processes and workflows in the constantly evolving day-to-day business, develop suitable measures to improve the status quo, and enable smooth operations.
- Implement findings within the company and with external partners to enable smooth operations.
- Take responsibility for your own projects and see them through to completion using a practice-oriented and KPI-driven approach.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- First experience in a high-growth startup, investment banking, or consulting is advantageous.
- Affinity for entrepreneurship, digital business models, and/or the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
