  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, share candidate insights, and ensure timely progress in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, handling complex schedules, candidate travel, and any changes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, confirming all necessary details and approvals to finalize candidate acceptance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in recruiting and selection to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
