About the Role

EMCOR Services Betlem is seeking an HVAC Service Project Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing service customers, oversee service account management, quote service repairs, and coordinate resources to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Focus on client retention and maintain customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service.
Support clients, understand their needs, and develop service repair solutions.
Quote mechanical service repair work and oversee its execution.
Ensure proposals clearly detail scope of work, lead times, and exclusions.
Coordinate with regional service teams or outside vendors to execute scheduled work.
Investigate and resolve semi-complex problems.
Review billings weekly and process them through the proper internal channels.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to the client.
Facilitate communication between customer and account manager.
Assist the sales team with securing new business within the existing customer base.
Work in a team environment with a matrix reporting structure.
Ensure all job safety requirements are coordinated and followed.
Coordinate subcontractors as required.

Requirements

AAS degree or equivalent work-related experience in the HVAC industry.
Excellent customer service skills including effective verbal and written communication.
3-5 years technical experience in the HVAC industry required.
Ability to quote HVAC repairs.
Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
Clean, neat and professional appearance.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a team-oriented environment.
Ability and willingness to travel if needed to coordinate teams and vendors in multiple markets.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
