About the Role
Empower the business with enriched data models by championing clarity and consistency in data, understanding business data needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, marketing investments, and business decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and BMD teams to support delivery to trade & brand targets.
- Explore opportunities to add or enhance existing data sets that deliver incremental value.
- Deliver and measure the impact of data science projects such as random forest, k-means, linear regression.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
- Lead a given analytical principle and deliver an agreed analytics strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analysts.
- Proven experience in leading analytics projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong project planning and management skills.
- Strong understanding of analytical modelling techniques (e.g., random forest, k-means, linear regression).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
