About the Role
Clear Street Active is a new retail trading product covering equities, options, futures, crypto, and prediction markets. This role focuses on owning the core trading surfaces including research, order entry, position management, and portfolio. You will collaborate directly with engineers and PMs, prototype within the codebase, and influence product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own product design across trading surfaces, from flow-level decisions to micro-interactions.
- Prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling.
- Work within and contribute to the design system.
- Participate in product decision-making with informed opinions.
Requirements
- Shipped retail trading products with real users (equities, options, futures, crypto).
- Understand trading mechanics to critique current products.
- Strong craft and taste in design.
- Experience with mobile product design.
- Ability to prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling.
- High autonomy and ability to self-correct.
- No ego.
