About the Role
This role combines core software QA practices with the design, build, and maintenance of a scalable automation framework. The framework will span UI, API, and integration testing, embedding quality gates directly into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute reusable automated test plans for software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation.
- Verify new features meet acceptance criteria, operate reliably across supported environments, and do not introduce regressions.
- Integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines, including regression tests and workflow-level tests.
- Maintain clear test plans, test cases, defect documentation, quality criteria, and release readiness artifacts.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, acceptance-criteria definition, and release reviews as the quality advocate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test engineering, or a related software engineering role.
- Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases for production software applications within multi-faceted enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with front end technologies utilizing JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS such as Angular, React, and/or Vue.js.
- Experience with back end and cloud languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
