About the Role

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing essential support to the Field Admissions team and guiding students through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and their families
Schedule and coordinate appointments, campus tours, bus tours, workshops, orientations, and special events
Follow up on student inquiries and discuss training needs with prospective students and parents
Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing
Maintain and verify the database recording new student information
Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence
Provide overall support to the Admissions department, including enrolling students as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
