  • Design solutions for scaled business operations, considering the nuances of the debt collection world and interactions with courts and enforcement agencies.
  • Drive automation projects, understand legal concerns, and develop successful solutions while ensuring data accuracy in highly automated processes.
  • Connect business units, operations, and technology to a shared vision and create structures for autonomous team operation and decision-making.
  • Merge previously separate teams into a new, unified area with a common objective.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize solution KPIs with your product team, incorporating external input and internal research.

  • Evaluate innovative approaches, such as AI or workflow automation, and standardize successful solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other product teams, technology, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure clear priorities and aligned roadmaps.
  • Identify user and stakeholder needs, validate hypotheses, and prioritize product development based on data.

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Product Management, preferably in debt collection, FinTech, B2B SaaS, or a comparable regulated environment.
  • Interest in deeply understanding legal debt collection and enforcement processes and translating regulatory requirements into modern product solutions.
  • Experience in building scalable and automated processes.
  • Good understanding of modern automation, workflow, or AI solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal, economic, technical, and user-centric requirements into a compelling product.
