About the Role
XERO designs and builds premium waterfed poles and gear for professional window cleaners. We are looking for someone who notices everything and can be the head coach for the XERO brand, knowing all the moving parts and calling the plays with the full picture.
Responsibilities
- Own any XERO problem that shows up online until it's fixed, publicly and internally.
- Check Reddit, industry Facebook groups, and forums daily for XERO talk.
- Watch for anything that affects how people see XERO, and respond to it.
- Act as the hub between production, sales, and customer service to ensure information flow.
- Bring quality issues to production quickly and clearly.
- Build regular check-ins with those closest to XERO operations to solve issues before they go public.
- Track competitors and benchmark XERO's performance.
- Reply to comments and messages across XERO's channels to build loyalty.
- Experiment with post formats, hooks, lengths, and topics, and replicate successful strategies.
- Bring ideas to the video team backed by data and community insight.
- Identify and collaborate with XERO fans, power users, and creators for content sharing.
- Send a weekly report detailing performance, failures, and planned changes.
- Plan topics, research trends, and manage the XERO content calendar.
- Handle daily tasks including reviews, customer questions, promotions, and giveaways.
Requirements
- No brand manager experience needed.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive for results.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
