About the Role
Join a market-leading business and scale your career. As a Team Member, you will be key in making customers feel welcome and creating the atmosphere for a great gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors, and walls.
- Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behavior, noting suspicious or disruptive activity.
- Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and successfully.
- Provide customer service in line with company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating as appropriate.
- Interact with customers and intervene as necessary, logging all interactions.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
- Achieve, maintain, and impart product knowledge to customers.
- Gain a good understanding of company policies and procedures regarding safeguarding and challenge 25.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers.
Requirements
- Experience working in a retail, hospitality, or gambling environment.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexible and dedicated.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
