This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role requiring creativity and urgency, supporting and sometimes leading creative production for recurring workloads and delivering auction and lot creative, social assets, email templates, campaign versioning, event collateral, and pitch decks. - Create engaging email designs, CRM campaign assets, and modular templates that drive subscriber engagement and auction participation.
- Adapt primary campaign creative into various formats, aspect ratios, sizes, and market-specific variants across multiple digital and print channels.
- Design physical and digital assets for events, including display signage, print marketing collateral, sponsorship materials, and exhibition graphics.
- Build polished, on-brand decks, pitch templates, and executive documentation for commercial and leadership teams.
- Maintain and organise the centralised brand asset library, ensuring logos, typography, component kits, and templates remain up to date and accessible.
- Take complete ownership of the weekly auction calendar and channel production, ensuring all recurring creative outputs run seamlessly without requiring daily escalation or management oversight.
- Standardise and upgrade the creative template suite using modern software and automation tools to drive maximum speed, efficiency, and visual consistency.
- Establish streamlined design request and approval workflows in close partnership with the Head of Editorial to maintain alignment across content, social, and creative deliverables.
