About the Role
Paraco Dock / Yard employees ensure efficient operations by supporting facility and service operations. As brand ambassadors, they provide positive customer experiences through propane filling and selling, while ensuring drivers have the necessary tools and supplies. This role is integral to the Paraco family, requiring a positive work ethic to deliver great customer experiences. Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be a critical Gas Production Line Grill Cylinder Dock team member.
Responsibilities
- Facility maintenance - keeping yard and dock area clean and organized
- Unloading tanks /cylinders
- Refilling tanks /cylinders
- Calibrating scales daily
- Daily plant inspections
- Filling Motor Fuel
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds throughout the day and bend, climb, reach, & rotate
Requirements
- 2+ years of forklift experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

- Listening, reading, and following instructions to perform responsibilities safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings to ensure safety
