About the Role
As a Switchboard Operator at Hilton London Metropole, you will handle incoming telephone calls, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest's stay special.
Responsibilities
- Work part-time hours: This position is offered on a 20-hour-per-week contract
- Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
- Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
- Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
- Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
